@DevinLeary @samsheffer I have a dual-sim iPhone with AT&T for work. I have 5 free days of unlimited, un-throttled international data (outside of Mexico and Canada) a month. Anything more and I pay $10 a day. Tried T-Mobile and it was too slow using int’l data to even be considered usable.

@TMobileHelp returned the wifi equipment promptly and asked for a.refund of the $190 I was billed and I received a refund of only $131.79. I cannot understand why I was billed 58.21 when I haven't used or activated the mobile service or the wifi service.

@TMobile I had a bad experience with Alexa in the Brickell Miami t-mobile store.Alexa provided very poor service to us, she made many mistakes during the selling process and most important discarded the paid SIM cards from my AT&T plan when I told her NOT to do that.

@TMobileHelp Hi I explored switxhing over to TMobile from my current carrier. The rep over the phone sent me 3 SIMs when I needed only 2 for the 2 phones we have. I never activated the mobile service or used the wifi service. I returned the wifi equipment promptly

So @TMobile has apparently done something to its LTE antennas and I cannot walk around my neighborhood without losing signal here and there. Back on 4G for now, I guess. It’s not my week with large multinational corporations, I guess.

@onthebrinksy Parents switched from Verizon (zero shame to still be on the family plan) to T-Mobile a couple years ago. Bill was cut in half. Service is slightly lacking in some areas, but overall haven’t had a major problem

@SneedTech I like most things about T-Mobile except the fact that I can be on 500mbps N41 one moment and on under 1mbps the next… there isn’t a lot of consistency here on their network - it’s boom or bust

@TMobile why is my phone service not working? Half my Social apps won’t load. Safari won’t work. Texts take 5-10 min to go through. Calls keep dropping and service keeps going out. For no reason.

Haven’t had another phone service since US Cellular, but T-mobile had to go. Hopefully this new service is good.
